With collaboration, innovation, and compassion as your tools, you will help guide our school toward excellence in inclusive education. You Will: Lead the development and strategic direction of SEND provision at Red Kite School. Ensure compliance with the Equality Act and champion inclusive practice. Oversee day-to-day SEND provision, including support for pupils with EHCPs. Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and multi-agency professionals. Monitor pupil progress and lead assessments to ensure all learners thrive. Chair Annual Reviews and ePEPs, ensuring high-quality documentation. Support staff with training, targeted interventions, and inclusive teaching strategies. Maintain accurate SEND records and contribute to whole-school improvement plans.
