Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

What you'll be doing
As our SENCo, you'll provide oversight of SEND across the school, ensuring every pupil has access to an outstanding education that meets their individual needs.
Lead and develop an ambitious, inclusive SEND strategy across the whole school
Drive high-quality SEND provision, ensuring interventions have measurable impact
Oversee EHCPs, Annual Reviews, provision mapping and statutory processes
Monitor pupil progress, analyse data and use evidence to continuously improve outcomes
Work closely with Senior Leaders, teachers, therapists and pastoral teams to create personalised learning pathways
Build positive relationships with parents, carers, Local Authorities and external professionals
Coach and develop staff, promoting outstanding inclusive teaching across the school
Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice while helping shape the school's wider strategic direction
About you

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS desired
