Job Advert SENCO/Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Full time | £38,000 per annum Location: Falcons Learning, Goole, DN14 Join our dedicated team at Falcons Learning, an independent specialist school in Goole. We are seeking an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead who will also lead our SEND provision. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a small, nurturing setting where every pupil is known and supported. The Role: Lead SEND provision and act as the school’s DSL Work closely with pupils, staff, families, and external agencies Shape SEND and safeguarding practice across the school Provide staff training and guidance Ensure compliance with all statutory responsibilities We’re Looking For: An experienced DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) Proven experience in leading SEND provision The National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to achieve it) A passionate, flexible, and proactive educator Why Join Us?
