In direct support of the SENDCo, the Assistant SENDCo serves as the administrative
anchor for the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) department. The postholder is responsible for executing comprehensive administrative functions, managing
regulatory casework and statutory paperwork, and coordinating the logistical delivery of
SEND provisions across the school to ensure statutory compliance, meticulous recordkeeping, and smooth operational workflow.

Location: Ewell, Surrey
Contract: Term time plus 2 weeks, permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm)
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: Support Pay Scale 6 (Fringe) Surrey. FTE £31,658 - Pro rata £24,397
Responsible to: SENDCo and ultimately Headteacher
