What You'll Be Doing Support teachers in delivering engaging, creative and personalised learning experiences. Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and achieve their individual goals. Encourage pupils' communication, independence, confidence and social development. Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and a safe, inclusive learning environment. Assist with the planning, implementation and review of individual support plans and learning activities. Prepare classroom resources and help create stimulating learning environments that inspire curiosity and achievement. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families and other professionals to provide consistent, holistic support. Maintain accurate records while ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and pupil wellbeing. About You We're looking for someone who is: Passion
