What You'll Be Doing Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, adapting learning to meet individual needs. Encourage communication, independence, emotional regulation and confidence through positive relationships. Assist teachers in delivering creative, engaging and personalised lessons. Support pupils during classroom learning, breaktimes, enrichment activities and educational visits. Help create a calm, structured and nurturing environment where every pupil feels safe, valued and ready to learn.
