We're looking for experienced, resilient and nurturing Teaching Assistants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing in-class support through structured routines, differentiation and visual/communication strategies
Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions linked to EHCP targets
Supporting behaviour through positive strategies, de-escalation and individual support plans
Promoting independence, literacy, social skills and emotional wellbeing
Preparing adapted resources and contributing to learning journals, PLODs and pupil records
Collaborating with teachers, senior leaders and external professionals
