About this role
At Cody Oaks we have now moved into our fifth year and now have some exciting opportunities within our teaching team to support the cohort joining us in September 2026. We pride ourselves on our therapeutic approach, establishing ‘the Cody Oaks Way’ which has shown to have a significant impact upon our students so far. We have a strong and energetic team who pull together to achieve what is best for our students. At Cody Oaks, within KS2 and KS3, we have adopted a primary model. This allows our learners to establish positive attachment and trust, leading to positive engagement and social development. Learners leave their classrooms for specialist sessions, such as DT, PE and Science.
We are seeking nurturing teachers to work alongside our students to support both their academic and social and emotional mental health skills. The role lends itself to someone with the ability to teach across the curriculum at either KS2 or KS3 level, whether they are qualified/unqualified at either primary or secondary level. We are also keen to meet those who have taught within KS4, within either specific subjects or across a broad curriculum area. Visits are highly recommended.
