Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata) plus a Welcome Bonus of £1000*
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

What you will be doing
Plan and deliver engaging, creative and personalised lessons that inspire every pupil to succeed.
Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs, helping pupils achieve their academic, social and emotional goals.
Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, using personalised learning strategies to maximise outcomes.
Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour plans and personalised learning pathways.
Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom where pupil
