We’re looking for a passionate and creative SEN Teacher to join our specialist school and help young people overcome barriers, discover their strengths and achieve things they may never have thought possible. What you will be doing Plan and deliver engaging, creative and highly personalised lessons that meet a wide range of learning needs. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, creating a classroom where they feel safe, understood and motivated to learn. Adapt your teaching to remove barriers and help every young person experience success. Set meaningful goals, track progress and celebrate the small wins and major milestones along the way. Develop and review personalised learning plans, including IEPs and behaviour support strategies. Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families and other professionals to provide joined-up support.
