What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging, personalised learning to small groups or on a 1:1 basis across hubs within your locality. Adapt activities and curriculum content to meet the needs of young people with a wide range of SEN. Build positive, nurturing relationships and advocate for learners' needs. Involve learners and their families in planning, decision‑making, and progress reviews. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies to maintain a safe learning environment. Support assessments, progress tracking, report writing, and EHCP‑related documentation. Work collaboratively with Learning Managers to gather information and maintain accurate records. Contribute to curriculum development within your subject area and actively engage in CPD. Carry out additional duties reasonable for the role as directed by your line manager.
