As an SEN Teacher, you'll deliver creative and personalised learning that meets the individual needs of our pupils, helping them to develop academically, socially and emotionally. You'll inspire curiosity, motivate learners and adapt your teaching to enable every young person to experience success. Whether you're teaching within the classroom, delivering small-group interventions or supporting our outreach provision, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping brighter futures. You will use assessment and data intelligently to monitor progress, identify next steps and ensure that every pupil receives the support and challenge they need to flourish.
