At Miller House School, we're looking for an exceptional SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team and help shape brighter futures for pupils with SEMH, Autism and ADHD. As an SEN Teacher, you'll bring learning to life through engaging, personalised lessons that inspire curiosity, build confidence and promote independence. You'll work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families to create meaningful educational experiences tailored to each pupil's unique strengths and needs. Through nurturing relationships, high expectations and innovative teaching approaches, you'll help pupils overcome barriers, develop resilience and achieve outcomes they never thought possible. No two days are the same—but every day offers the chance to change a life. What You'll Be Doing Plan and deliver creative, personalised lessons that engage and inspire pupils with SEMH, ASC and ADHD. Adapt teaching approaches using inclusive, sensory and structured strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and families to provide a consistent, holistic approach to support.
