As an SEN Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging, personalised teaching across the secondary curriculum, supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve meaningful progress. Working closely with the Headteacher and wider team, you’ll help develop a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that builds confidence, supports wellbeing and unlocks potential. As an SEN Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects within the secondary curriculum, using resources effectively to secure strong progress and achievement. Work collaboratively with the Headteacher to support curriculum development and take on additional agreed responsibilities to ensure effective delivery. Adapt teaching flexibly to meet individual needs, including teaching beyond your main subject area where required. Promote pupils’ personal development and wellbeing, supporting their social, emotional and academic growth.
