What You’ll Do Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire learning and support pupils to reach their full potential. Create and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) and personalised learning programmes. Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs. Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed. Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, resilience, independence and positive behaviour through relationship-based practice. Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, holistic support.
