Position Overview ULIS is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced SEN Teacher to join the Student Support team. The ideal candidate is committed to inclusive education, builds strong relationships with students and families, and works collaboratively with teachers to ensure all learners can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The role includes providing targeted support for students with identified additional learning needs across Primary and/or Secondary School, developing individualized strategies, and promoting best practices in inclusion throughout the school community. Key responsibilities Teaching & Learning Provide high quality, individualized and small group support for students with special educational needs using evidence based, student centered approaches. Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), accommodation plans, and targeted intervention strategies. Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum content, teaching strategies, and learning environments to meet diverse student needs. Use differentiated instruction and assistive technologies to support access, engagement, and independence. Promote student self advocacy, confidence, and resilience as learners. Assessment & Feedback Conduct ongoing assessments to identify student strengths, barriers to learning, and progress toward goals.
