What you will be doing Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Build positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, confident and ready to learn. Create an inclusive classroom where every achievement is recognised and celebrated. Develop and review personalised learning plans, including IEPs and behaviour support strategies. Monitor progress, identify next steps and celebrate every milestone. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families and external professionals to provide exceptional support. Promote positive behaviour through consistency, understanding and high expectations. Safeguard the wellbeing of every pupil and help create a nurturing learning environment. What You’ll Bring Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent required. Experience/trained in IT or Music subjects is desirable.
