Salary: M1–M6 plus SEN allowance (minimum) Applications are also welcomed from unqualified teachers on an approved training route, who will be appointed on the appropriate unqualified teacher pay scale in line with Local Authority conditions.
Applications from mainstream welcomed, must be Primary trained.
Contract: Full‑time, permanent

The Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic SEN Class Teacher with a focus on SLD to join our committed school team. The successful candidate will work with pupils across the school, supporting learners with severe learning difficulties to access engaging, inclusive and meaningful learning experiences.
Applications are warmly welcomed from both experienced teachers and trainee or early‑career teachers, including those completing or about to complete their teacher training.

Is a creative, reflective practitioner with a strong commitment to working with pupils with special educational needs, particularly SLD
Has a positive, strengths‑based view of pupils’ abilities and potential
Can work effectively as part of a large multi‑disciplinary team, alongside medical and therapy professionals
Is passionate about inclusive practice, communication development and pupil wellbeing
