This is not a standard school admin role.
We’re looking for a highly organised, process-driven SEN Administrator to support our SENCo team and ensure the smooth running of statutory SEN processes.
This is a specialist administrative role where attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow (and appropriately apply) established processes is essential. You’ll be managing complex casework, coordinating annual reviews, and working to strict legal deadlines — so accuracy and reliability really matter.
Purpose of Role
To provide consistently high-quality effective and confidential administrative support to SENCo’s, ensuring the smooth operation of SEN processes and compliance with statutory requirements. The SEN Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the SENCo’s, and wider team in delivering inclusive education to our students and meeting statutory requirements.
What makes this role different?
✅ Process-led: You must be confident working within structured systems and maintaining consistency across the team
✅ Accountability: You’ll take ownership of key admin processes that directly impact students and statutory compliance
✅ Detail-focused: High levels of accuracy and strong record-keeping are essential
✅ Not purely term-time: Includes 10 additional working days outside of term, required to meet deadlines (timing can be flexible, but the commitment is non-negotiable)
✅ Purpose-driven: Your work directly supports students with additional needs and their outcomes
We’re looking for someone who:
Thrives in a structured, process-driven role
Can manage multiple deadlines calmly and efficiently
