About the Role We are looking for an outstanding, student-centered English educator and leader to drive excellence across our English Language Arts provision in Secondary. This is a key middle leadership role, combining a teaching commitment with strategic oversight of curriculum, teaching, and learning. The successful candidate will lead the development of a coherent, high-quality ELA curriculum from Middle School through to High School Diploma and IBDP, ensuring strong progression, innovation, and consistently high outcomes for all students.
