Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a UK-qualified, skilled and passionate Secondary Humanities Teacher who:
Builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils through engaging and supportive learning experiences
Creates an inclusive, inspiring and academically challenging classroom environment
Delivers high-quality Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4
Uses discussion, debate, enquiry and source analysis to deepen understanding
Embeds oracy, critical thinking, questioning and reflective dialogue into everyday teaching
Develops pupils’ analytical skills, subject knowledge and use of subject-specific vocabulary
Plans engaging and progressive schemes of work aligned with the National Curriculum for Humanities
Supports learners in becoming confident thinkers, communicators and global citizens
Contributes positively to enrichment activities, educational visits and whole-school events
Applicants must be fluent English-speaking graduates holding a UK DfE teacher number or completing their final year of training.
