O Castro British School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Secondary English Teacher to join our team: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate English lessons in line with the British curriculum, ensuring strong coverage of reading, writing, speaking and listening, grammar, vocabulary, and literature. Teach across secondary, supporting pupils in developing secure literacy skills, confidence in communication, and a love of reading. Regularly assess, monitor, and record pupil progress in English, providing clear feedback and reporting to parents and school leadership. Contribute to English curriculum planning, the development of high‑quality teaching resources, and the continuous improvement of literacy provision across the Primary school.
