Gulf British Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, talented and vision-aligned Secondary English Teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4 as part of our growing school in the heart of Kuwait.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a UK-qualified, skilled and passionate Secondary English Teacher who:
Builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils through engaging and supportive learning experiences
Creates an inclusive, inspiring and academically challenging classroom environment
Delivers high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4
Embeds oracy, structured talk, debate and reflective dialogue into everyday teaching
Develops pupils’ reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills
Plans engaging and progressive schemes of work aligned with the National Curriculum and/or IGCSE
Supports learners in becoming confident communicators, articulate writers and independent thinkers
Contributes positively to assemblies, performances, literacy initiatives and whole-school events
Applicants must be fluent English-speaking graduates holding a UK DfE teacher number or completing their final year of training.
