Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to students from diverse cultural backgrounds. • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters development and cultural awareness. • Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs and proficiency levels of students. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and enhance the English language program. • Assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and support students in achieving academic success. • Assess, record, and report on the attendance, progress, and development of students and keep such records as required • Be knowledgeable about the curriculum taught and teach accordingly. • Create attractive and engaging teaching material according to the curriculum and class level. • Use a variety of delivery methods that will stimulate, motivate, and engage learners and that are appropriate to the students' needs and demands of the curriculum. • Maintain discipline and a classroom environment conducive to good learning, and encourage good practice concerning punctuality, behaviour, standards of work, and homework. • Grade students according to the marking scheme and give written/verbal feedback and grades promptly. • Prepare students to excel in their IGCSE and AS/A-Level exams. • Be involved in extracurricular activities and school events, including after-school clubs, field trips, holiday parti
