Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a UK-qualified, skilled and passionate Art Teacher who: Builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils through engaging and supportive learning experiences Creates an inclusive, stimulating and visually rich classroom environment Delivers high-quality Art lessons across Year 6 and Secondary Teaches a range of artistic skills including drawing, painting, mixed media, design and art appreciation Embeds oracy, critique, discussion and reflection into creative practice Encourages experimentation, creativity and independent thinking Plans engaging and progressive schemes of work aligned with the National Curriculum and/or GCSE pathways Supports learners in becoming confident, expressive and reflective artists Contributes to displays, exhibitions and whole-school creative events Applicants must be fluent English-speaking graduates holding a UK DfE teacher number or completing their final year of training.
