Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, inquiry-based Art & Design lessons to secondary students aligned with the Cambridge International framework. Utilise a range of effective teaching strategies to cater to students’ varying learning styles and abilities. Design and implement formative and summative assessments, providing feedback that enables student growth and achievement. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment reflecting VAS’s values and encouraging excellent student conduct and participation. Collaborate with Art & Design department colleagues on curriculum planning, resource development, and sharing of best practices.
