We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Second in Charge for our English Department to support the leadership team in driving excellence across the curriculum. Position: Second in Charge - English Location: Bullers Wood School for Boys, United Kingdom Experience: No previous experience required Role Overview: As Second in Charge of English, you will work closely with the Head of Department to help lead and develop teaching strategies, support staff, and contribute to raising standards within the subject. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about English education who wishes to take on leadership responsibilities without prior experience.
