Science Technician Do you have a scientific background or interest, do you have practical Laboratory Technician experience or are you a science graduate? 1 Year Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract Full Time - (term time only) Salary: £25,186 - £26,249 FTE – (Actual £21,892 - £22,813 if working 37 hours Start Date: 28 August 2026 Key Features of the job The role mainly involves supporting the busy science faculty in managing stock and other materials, supporting lessons, preparing equipment, and demonstrating experiments to classes from KS3 to KS5. Experience in working in a school environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
