We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Science to join a thriving and successful curriculum area.

We are looking for a practitioner who has high standards, commitment, passion and the ability to teach across the full range of age and ability.
The role holder will also provide strategic and operational leadership of a Key Stage, driving rapid improvement in pupil outcomes. They will be accountable for improving progress, attainment and student outcomes, using SISRA analytics, including Subject Progress Index (SPI), residuals and gap analysis, to inform precise intervention and teaching strategies.
The role is central to securing consistently high-quality teaching, effective assessment, and strong behaviour for learning, ensuring all pupils, including disadvantaged and SEND, make strong progress
The role requires a highly effective classroom practitioner who can model excellence and drive continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will share in our vision for Catholic Education, as part of a successful and experienced Science department, that is committed to raising academic standards for all students whilst supporting the spiritual and moral development of the whole person.
The Science department is both innovative and supportive with a history of strong results at KS4 and 5, focused on inspiring children to reflect, learn and achieve.
