Job Title: School Principal (EYFS – Year 13) Location: Kingdom of Bahrain Contract Type: Full-time, 2-Year Initial Contract (Renewable) Start Date: August 2027 (or by mutual agreement) Curriculum: National Curriculum for England (EYFS, Edexcel IGCSE & A-Levels) Reporting To: Board of Directors / Chairman Category: Executive Leadership / Headship Job Description / Role Purpose The Executive Principal provides strategic vision, instructional leadership, and operational management across all phases (EYFS, Primary, and Secondary/Sixth Form). The Principal will be responsible for raising academic performance, sustaining an inclusive and supportive school culture, maintaining financial viability through enrollment growth, and leading the school through regulatory inspections to achieve "Outstanding" categorization. Required Qualifications & Certifications Education: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Education, or a related discipline. Teaching Credential: PGCE / Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Leadership Certification: NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) or equivalent executive leadership credential is highly desirable. Licensing: Ability to satisfy all Kingdom of Bahrain Ministry of Education (MoE) principal licensing requirements (including fully attested degree certificates). Experience & Competencies Leadership Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in senior educational leadership (Headteacher, Principal,
