School Office Administrator

Reigate Grammar School is seeking an organised and approachable School Office Administrator to join our busy Health & Wellbeing Centre. This key role supports students, parents and staff, helping to ensure students are safe, supported and happy throughout their time at RGS. The post involves a wide range of administrative and front facing duties in a busy school environment, including attendance, communications, event organisation and first aid support (training provided). Applicants should be confident communicators, highly organised, IT-literate and committed to supporting student wellbeing. Experience in education is welcome but not essential. SAFEGUARDING This role will involve contact with children.
