About this role
We are seeking an organised, professional and customer-focused School Office Administrator to join us on a one-year fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover within our busy school office.
As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the school's reception and administrative functions. You will provide a welcoming front-of-house service, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, and support a range of administrative and school event activities.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a vibrant school community while supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services across the school. The role is offered on a one-year fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover.
