Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address students' emotional, social, and academic concerns. Offer guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career development to promote college and career readiness. Assist students in navigating the college application process, including test preparation, essay writing, and interview coaching. Develop and implement programmes and workshops addressing the diverse needs of our international student body, including cultural adaptation, stress management, and interpersonal relationships. Assess and support students with special educational needs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accommodations. Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and address students' academic and behavioural challenges.
