The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development while working closely with families and school teams to ensure every student thrives.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field with recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
● Recognised counselling qualification
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an international school setting
● Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
● Experience delivering workshops, student support programmes, and parental counselling sessions
● Strong experience working collaboratively with parents
● Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
● Very good knowledge of a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and appropriate intervention strategies
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
