School Caretaker / Site Maintenance Haberdashers’ Abraham Darby is passionate about learning in its widest sense. Job Summary: We require a well organised and proactive Caretaker to join our existing Site team to maintain a clean, attractive, secure and welcoming site for staff, students and visitors. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager to assist in the delivery of quality site service and maintenance. Skills required: plumbing, carpentry, electrical and basic I.T skills. Knowledge of compliance would be an advantage. Location: Telford, Shropshire Salary Range: £28,395 - £29,068 per annum (Grade 3, Point 3-4) Hours: 40 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year Shift patterns with some flexibility required - 0730-1600 and 0830-1700 Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per academic year, plus statutory days (increasing to 25 days after 5 years) Permanent Role If you think you have what it takes to make a real difference to the lives of the young people at Haberdashers’ Abraham Darby, then we would love to hear from you!
