About this role
The Successful candidate will:
Work effectively as a member of the senior leadership team to shape and promote the vision of Brookfield and achieve our strategic goals.
▪ Cover Operational staffing as part of their human resources responsibilities
▪ Financial management including budgeting, strategic financial planning, fundraising and cost control
▪ Human Resources and payroll including pre and post-employment checks, queries, career professional development, single-central record and matters arising
▪ Health & Safety, including fire safety
▪ Management and liaison of the school’s meals service contract
▪ Premises including management of lettings and extended school provision
▪ Line management of office, premises and cleaning staff
▪ School policies and data protection lead
▪ Providing support to the Leadership Team and governors on all financial and policy matters
Build relationships, within and beyond the school and help develop a culture rooted in strong personal values: selflessness, integrity, objectivity, openness, honesty, leadership, creativity and ambition.
Sustain the school’s vision, values and co-create the strategic direction of the school so children experience, an inclusive, ambitious and enriching school life and staff continue to be supported in trying new ideas, finding creative solutions and pushing for the best outcomes for our children.
Ensure the safety of all children through effective, vigilant safeguarding and support the school’s efficient operation within regulatory frameworks and statutory duties.
