This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our exceptional Bright Futures team as a founding staff member at our brand-new independent specialist school in Salford.
Building on the success of our two highly regarded, non-associated, independent specialist schools in St Helens and Lymm, we are expanding our high-quality educational offer across the North West.
Our mission is to provide a pupil-centred, personalised education for pupils aged 5-19 with Autism, learning difficulties, and other sensory processing disorders. We provide a calm, nurturing and safe environment where every child feels valued, supported and a true sense of belonging.

The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role that is ideal for an experienced, highly organised and proactive administrator who wants to be part of something truly meaningful from the very beginning.
As a School Business Administrator, you will:
Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for the school, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents/carers, and other external stakeholders
Provide a smooth, effective, and efficient administrative support service for the school, liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Maintain the accuracy of the school’s management information systems
Coordinate key administrative processes in relation to the pupil lifecycle, including admissions, attendance, and EHCP management
Play a key role in creating a positive and supportive school environment for pupils and staff
Work as part of a team to establish systems and processes that contribute to the successful operation of the school, proactively offering suggestions for improvement

Is highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
Has strong administrative experience, ideally within an education setting
Is confident using
