Exciting Opportunity! This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our exceptional Bright Futures team as a founding staff member at our brand-new independent specialist school in Salford. Building on the success of our two highly regarded, non-associated, independent specialist schools in St Helens and Lymm, we are expanding our high-quality educational offer across the North West. Our mission is to provide a pupil-centred, personalised education for pupils aged 5-19 with Autism, learning difficulties, and other sensory processing disorders. We provide a calm, nurturing and safe environment where every child feels valued, supported and a true sense of belonging. The Role This is a varied and rewarding role that is ideal for an experienced, highly organised and proactive administrator who wants to be part of something truly meaningful from the very beginning. As a School Business Administrator, you will: Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for the school, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents/carers, and other external stakeholders Provide a smooth, effective, and efficient administrative support service for the school, liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Maintain the accuracy of the school’s management information systems Coordinate key administrative processes in relation to the pupil lifecycle, including admissions, attendance, and EHCP management Play a key role in creating a positive and supportive school environment for pupils and staff Work as part of a team to establish systems and processes that contribute to the successful operation of the school, proactively offering suggestions for improvement About You We are looking for someone who: Is highly organised with an excellent attention to detail Has strong administrative experience, ideally within an education setting Is confident using
