St Benedict Catholic Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an energetic, confident and enthusiastic individual to join St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School in providing financial and administrative support within a busy school office.
St Anthony’s is a successful two-form entry school in East Dulwich. Situated close to Lordship Lane, with excellent public transport links, we are a well-established and vibrant school in a beautiful building with delightful children and supportive staff.
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and approachable School Administrator to join our busy school office. This is a key front-facing role, supporting the day-to-day operations of the school while ensuring high standards of administration, safeguarding and communication.

Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, providing a welcoming, positive and professional reception service
Manage pupil attendance, registrations and absence follow-up
Support admissions processes and maintain accurate pupil records
Prepare and submit statutory data returns, including Census and Local Authority submissions
