SCHOOL ACADEMY INTERVENTION LEADRequired for The Satellite Secondary School – part of The Bridge TrustThe Academic Intervention Lead will lead and coordinate targeted academic interventions across the satellite provisions to improve literacy, phonics, reading fluency, examination readiness and wider academic outcomes for pupils.
The postholder will ensure interventions are personalised, evidence-informed and adapted appropriately for autistic and neurodiverse learners. They will work closely with teachers, leaders and families to identify barriers to learning and implement intervention approaches which improve confidence, engagement and long-term outcomes.
Start Date: January 2027 or sooner for the right candidate

Contract: Permanent, Full-time Contract (32.5 hours per week; Monday – Friday)
Term-time Only
Salary Grade: NJC SC6, SCP 18 – 20
Actual Starting Salary: £30,192.21 per annum pro rata
