About the Role We are seeking a SAT Prep Course Teacher to guide our high school students through comprehensive preparation for the Digital SAT. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, mock exams, and personalized study strategies that build student confidence and improve college readiness outcomes. This is an hourly, professional services engagement, ideal for an experienced educator seeking a flexible, focused teaching opportunity. Key Responsibilities Teach reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, evidence-based writing, and SAT Math strategies Design lesson plans, practice exercises, mock exams, and personalized study plans Diagnose student strengths and areas for improvement through practice tests and targeted feedback Guide students in standardized test-taking strategies, time management, and score improvement techniques Communicate progress and preparation goals clearly with students and families Support students through the university admissions preparation process Requirements Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2 preferred) Strong knowledge of SAT structure, especially the Digital SAT format Experience teaching English, Math, test preparation, academic writing, or college readiness courses Familiarity with College Board resources, Khan Academy SAT practice, or similar test-prep platforms Strong classroom management and student engagement skills Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, Communication, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
