Responsibilities Your primary function is to manage and coordinate the academy’s response to safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate action is taken following disclosures and maintaining accurate, confidential documentation via CPOMS. You will be key in coordinating multi-agency approaches to child protection issues, initiating referrals to outside agencies, and serving as the lead professional for Team Around the Child meetings when appropriate. This vital role involves direct work with children and their families to promote their potential and prevent significant harm.
