Job Title: Safeguarding Compliance Officer Location: Remote Line Manager: Assistant Vice Principal Safeguarding (DSL) Team: Faculty / HQ role Salary: £28,000 Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm (UK time zone), with 24 days' holiday per year excluding bank holidays. We are seeking a diligent and empathetic Safeguarding Compliance Officer to join our Faculty team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students, managing safeguarding records and files, and serving as a key point of contact for safeguarding concerns. You will work closely with the Assistant Vice Principal Safeguarding (DSL) to promote student welfare, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
