About this role
This is a new position and we are seeking to appoint a dedicated, compassionate and highly organised individual to join our safeguarding and pastoral team in a pivotal role supporting the wellbeing, safety and success of our students.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with young people in an educational, pastoral, or safeguarding setting
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Has strong organisational skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
Understands safeguarding procedures and the importance of confidentiality
Is empathetic, resilient, and committed to student wellbeing
