Resource Base Teacher

You will beresponsible for delivering high-quality, personalised teaching to students with additional educational needs, ensuring access to a broad and balanced curriculum. They plan, adapt, and assess learning in line with individual education plans (IEPs) or EHCPs, using targeted strategies to support academic progress and personal development. The role requires close collaboration with subject teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated and inclusive approach
