Resident Sports Coach (specialism in Hockey)

The Duke of York’s Royal Military School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Resident Sports Coach with a specialism in Hockey to join the School from September 2026. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality PE, Games and co-curricular sport across Years 7–13, coaching hockey and contributing to wider sports provision, including netball and other major sports. The role also includes supporting fixtures, extracurricular activities and the wider boarding life of the School, making it an excellent opportunity for someone considering a career in education or coaching. Key Responsibilities: To help deliver and coach the hockey programme throughout the School Delivering Academic Physical Education and the Games Programme To promote sport, health and wellbeing for life in the School To help to develop our major sports such as; Hockey, Netball, Cricket & Athletics.
