Resident Boarding Graduate

The College is looking to appoint a caring, positive and reliable residential boarding graduate, with a good sense of humour, enthusiasm and willingness to get involved in the life of a vibrant boarding school. You will need to have experience of working/teaching/coaching/supporting young people. The candidate will require flexibility, stamina and adaptability, with a willingness to undertake extra duties when required and also, the ability to work with initiative and with others as part of a team. You will be an excellent role model for young people, ideally, educated to degree level or have qualifications relevant to the role.
