We are looking for a proactive and committed Reset Manager to lead our Reset (Inclusion) Centre and play a key role in supporting students to improve behaviour and succeed in school.
What you’ll do:
Lead the effective day-to-day operation of the Reset (Inclusion) Centre
Ensure the Reset area is fully operational and ready to receive students referred from lessons
Promote and role model high expectations for every student, ensuring these are adhered to at all times
Create a calm, structured environment centred on tolerance and respect, with clear boundaries and routines at its centre.
Develop and manage systems to track and support repeat referrals and ensure appropriate interventions to help students successfully meet expectations.
Work closely with students to identify and overcome barriers to success
Support behaviour improvement in line with the Trust Behaviour and Relationships Policy
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for supporting young people and making a difference
Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with students
Can motivate, engage and inspire students to improve behaviour and achieve success
Is organised, resilient and confident in managing challenging situations
Believes strongly in improving the life chances of all students
Is proactive, adaptable and able to use their own initiative
Has experience working with young people (ideally in a behaviour or inclusion setting)

Contract details:
Permanent contract
37 hours per week
Term time only + 2 days (equating to 192 working days)
