About this role
What we’re looking for:• Significant experience in a senior HR generalist or HR partnering role• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge• Experience managing complex casework and organisational change• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills• Ability to coach and support leaders confidently and professionally• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
Education sector experience is desirable but not essential.
