Job Description
Holiday Entitlement – 32 days plus statutory bank holidays
School based, with central office visits and home working supported.
The schools this role will be overseeing are: The Raise Academy, Widnes; The Fermain Academy, Macclesfield; Cornerstone Academy, Crewe/Sandbach; The Axis Academy, Crewe.
37 hours per week – to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the schools, over 5 days

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Estates Manager to provide effective leadership, development and management of estates functions across schools within the Cheshire region of our Trust (4 SEN/AP schools currently).
The postholder will ensure that Trust sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and effectively supported through the delivery of high-quality operational services.
Working closely with the Director of Business, the Regional Estates Manager will support the implementation of the Trust’s estates strategy while maintaining a strong focus on operational delivery, compliance assurance and continuous service improvement. You will co-line manage school estates staff, and ensure resources are deployed to have the biggest impact.
There is scope for the role to grow with further Trust expansion, or re-organisation.
Operational Leadership
Provide operational leadership across the Trust’s estates and facilities functions.
Lead, manage and support site staff across schools in the Cheshire region, currently covering Widnes, Macclesfield and Crewe.
Develop and maintain consistent operational standards across the estate.
Ensure schools receive effective and responsive estates support.
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational estates matters.
